Regular maintenance involves spending time and money on a known schedule, thereby avoiding surprises. It starts with cleaning, because only when the equipment is clean can the owner see exactly what kind of maintenance and repairs are needed, and spot wear before it becomes an issue. After cleaning comes inspection, and only then is it time to do the actual repair and maintenance of the equipment. It all comes down to knowledge, knowledge of what a given implement at any given time. A regular maintenance schedule saves the Farm Owner time, money, and aggravation; and keeps the expenditures that do occur under control and on a manageable budget.

Regular Maintenance includes the following activities:-

Cleaning of the plot - once in 3 months
Basin cleaning - once in 2 months
Rectifying the drip system if required
Replacement of dead plants if any
Watering of plants on alternate days
Applying inputs like fertilizers, organic manure as and when required in the rainy season
Treatment for termites if required
Removal of branches, cut, trim and shape the plants as per the requirements
Supervising the farm – once in a month
Information about produce will be sent via mail
Photographs of your Farm every 3 months

If you have not maintained your Farm Plot for long, its never too late to Restore it. The revival of the plot is done under two stages. Since the Plot has been un-maintained over a long period of time, we first have to Restore the Plot and bring it under normalcy so that regular maintenance can take place.
